Teen fit

Teenagers are interested in how to be and stay fit for life, look good and be healthy. This programme establishes healthy life habits in exercise and nutrition, with an optional life skills coaching programme too.

We start with a free, informal initial discussion of needs and goals, before jointly agreeing the objectives to complement school commitments and evolving life goals. A comprehensive teen fit programme follows, with lots of opportunity for feedback and flexibility.
