Personalised, one-to-one programmes are tailored to your health and fitness needs. A free initial assessment will set the direction, followed by an in-depth analysis of your fitness, so that we can set specific short, medium and long-term objectives together.
I will coach you through your programme over 6 or 12 weeks, depending on your need, with a mix of exercise in your home, gym work, outdoor exercise, stretching and relaxation techniques, according to your goals.
I can also develop a programme for you to follow on your own, if you are an experienced exerciser. Online coaching via Skype or FaceTime also available.
